Ophilayo was started by Alison Crosbie and Kirsten Du Toit. As passionate Occupational Therapists with a special interest in the medical-legal field and case management Kirsten and Alison are driven to help all individuals live their best lives.

Individually and combined their CV’s, skill set and accomplishments are astounding. They have completed thousands of medical-legal assessments, written unparalleled Medical-legal reports, spent unprecedented hours as expert witnesses in court, mentored, trained and consulted with attorney’s, advocates, therapists, families and more. These two ladies are impressive but our favourite part about them is their hearts and the way that they lead.

Affectionately nicknamed by their employees as the “Boss ladies”, Alison and Kirsten have truly made Ophilayo a family.
