WTF Case Management: Housing & Disability is a practical, case-based online session tackling one of the questions that often gets complicated fast: What does accessible housing actually need to look like?

Through real-life cases, we’ll unpack housing assessments, accessibility, renovations and adaptations, space and layout, safety, equipment, environmental considerations, and funding and, importantly, how to make recommendations that are practical, defensible and fit for the person, not just the property.

Designed for case managers, therapists, rehabilitation professionals, and insurers, this session is about thinking beyond ramps and grab rails, asking the right questions, and making better housing decisions.
